Since the Orange Malignancy has instated high tariffs, supposedly punishing China, China won't buy or soybeans. Instead, they're buying in part from ARGENTINA, who we're now bailing out to the tune of $20B! I posted a few links to articles talking about both, if you feel like touring my feed 😁

I didn't know this. In July, the US resumed importing soybeans from Russia after a year and a half sanction.
About 2k tonnes (not quite 4.5 million lbs) per year, so far.
We are also importing Russian fertilizer.

Seriously. I've lived paycheck to paycheck my whole life, up until like 3 years ago. More than 60 years being broke most of the time made me a lot more sensitive to people's circumstances. This is very much like the 70s recession. BAD.

How could this POSSIBLY be shocking? People who are well off don't feel the pressure immediately, and people who live paycheck to paycheck DO.

It's ALWAYS been this way! Until just a few years (literally, like 3), I lived like that, which is why I'm so fucking sensitive about it.

They're supporting Argentina, who's SELLING THE SOYBEANS WE SHOULD BE SELLING, TO CHINA. Our farmers can't sell what they produce BECAUSE OF THE TARIFFS HE INSTATED, AND ARGENTINA HAS TAKEN THEIR MARKETS.

And worse, IT'S PRIMARILY TO BAIL OUT A FRIEND OF TREASURY SECRETARY BESSENT. 🤬🤢🤮
