This, my friends, is backdoor union-busting by the NWSL. HIP basically strips agency and gains because players will feel pressure to perform through injury/health/personal matters so they don’t lose a spot on an arbitrary list. #nwsl
Also, the criteria seems to disadvantage players who take significant time off due to injury, pregnancy, or mental health.

If you see a group who didnt post it, don't assume they don't support it. Its Christmas Eve and this was put together so fast. People are with their families, some people have to go through their boards. So be cool and know that the ISC groups support this.

this goodbye hurts 😭 Ava Cook gave 1000% of herself wherever she was needed on the field. she always waved to Local 134 during warmups, and our favourite memory is drumming with Ava at Wrigley Field ❤️🩵

we're really sad to see Shea go 💔 she was hitting her stride before her last injury, and she just seemed like a cool person. she joined us to paint a tifo with the kids at the Future Stars Summer Fest and we had a great time. we wish her the best wherever she goes!
