When I was a kid, the only stations we got were Providence, Boston and Worcester. We did have a creature double feature on Saturdays, but I don’t remember any specific branding… not until we moved to California and had Captain USA on the USA network.

The herald of the tyrant December is seen casting a stream of cold arcing in front of her as her eyes go an icy blue opposite side view of the model, showing a recently consumed meal in the snow and the inner part of her coat (another comfy coat). Her finger tips glow with freezing energy
