Ukraine has attacked the Russian import terminal on Crimea again and has successfully isolated the peninsula from being resupplied fuel by rail or ship. Russia's fuel crisis in the occupied territories is especially reaching critical levels as fuel prices skyrocket everywhere else in the country.

Diesel fuel is unavailable at stations in Zuya, Alushta, and Perevalne, as well as ATAN and TES in Simferopol, occupied Crimea. The shortages are likely linked to the Feodosia oil depot strike, burning for a third day, where tanks filled with diesel were destroyed.
