Seeing so many students with various social and learning needs falling through the cracks is a moral injury.
Knowing that with just a little bit of direct support a student would be able to be safe and successful, but lacking the staff and time to make it happen… it’s a lot.

I usually speed when I’m driving but that’s because all the speed limit signs around here are just normal-sized signs and I don’t think they’re serious signs but once Doug Ford spends millions putting up bigger speed limit signs I will definitely not be speeding anymore because then it’s serious.
