Just last month, it paid $85M to settle charges it illegally conspired with other meatpackers to raise pork prices.

Corporate monopolies are great for executives and a raw deal for everyone else.

The week before Thanksgiving, he told 3,200 workers in Lexington, Nebraska that they're losing their jobs.

In every way, Trump demands fealty to himself—and to his whims, wholly untethered to law—over fealty to federal officials’ oaths of office. So again: Are you effing kidding me? What Dems did here was patriotic. They forced the debate we need over Trump's lawlessness.

As @queenofthesouth.bsky.social & others have pointed out, their answer really is Sen. Mark Kelly et al. were trying to "intimidate" the active service members by reminding them of their oath & to follow the law. That is what they are going with on this one?

If the orders are legal, why intimidate?
Leavitt: "The White House is supportive of the Dept of War's investigation into Sen. Mark Kelly, and I think what Sen. Mark Kelly was actually trying to do is intimidate the 1.3 million active service members."
