我爸是conflict avoidant personality、
我媽是confrontational personality ，我覺得自己同時遺傳了全部，結果就是面對衝突時非常bipolar ，一時想死想逃避、一時覺得要把對家殺個片甲不留。
然後我還有普遍不適應東亞教育文化下長大的人常見的anxiety personality，情緒越來越不穩定。
唯一好在part of me 屬於analytical person 能偶爾抽離情感客觀分析情況、剖析自己內心。
San值最近波動很大。
