I don't "feel that way." You make up what people are saying: e.g. that smaller animals are less important than larger ones. It's not a feeling; it's a fact. "The importance of zoos and their conservation initiatives" is not. If they were important, they wouldn't need to consistently overstate them.

I'm curious about this; zoos and sanctuaries feed pumpkins to a wide variety of animals, including bears and big cats (and elephants, but they don't have an analog in my woods). This says only a few species will eat pumpkins, tho. Do we know this?
