I’ve seen better layouts. I own and live in a wartime house. These aren’t attractive, either. I’m in the old part of the city and have room for one but it would not fit with the area’s homes at all. Appreciate the effort but it’s not great or even good.

I’ve renovated a triplex, a duplex and my own home. I am pretty confident I am. I’ve bought a lot of pex and ABS pipe. Maximize the layout to minimize the pipe.

I find this a poor layout. People have TV’s. There’s no where to put it. People have sheets and towels. Where would you put them? It would also be cheaper to have all plumbing in one place. This is all over.
