My second job I work over at Knott's. It's supposed to rain today and all weekend. They either keep it closed or close early. Only thing that sucks is that it's supposed to be heavy rain when I start. I hate to find out that they decide to close it by the time I clock in, If they go that route.

I used to work at Disney and it's funny now how people are losing their minds at the park closes at 11:00 p.m. instead of midnight. " Oh it's always been this way for decades. Can't believe they're changing it!" No, they've only been doing that since it reopened from covid.

We never had enough leaves being in CA. We used old newspapers to fill it up. I miss those days getting them ready with my mom.
Pumpkin leaf bags might still be around in some capacity, but in the early 90s, it seemed like they were EVERYWHERE. An underappreciated part of the Halloween aesthetic. (1991)
