I won't lie this took SO many years and was the MOST complicated thing I've ever illustrated. I did all of the artwork in Procreate with like 2 or 3 brushes, I'm unbelievably proud of it.

I’ve read about the plant that inspired so many place names in SF Bay, but the Yerba Buena (Clinopodium douglasii) meadows have all been replaced with grass. I’ve been planting it up here at the cabin to replace all the lawns—it smells like lemongrass and mint. I hope to start a trend.
