Academic. Game Studies, medievalism, and fantasy. Generally tired. "Vell, he's just zis guy, you know?" he/him
"Do I contradict myself?
Very well then I contradict myself,
(I am large, I contain multitudes.)"

and

"I celebrate myself, and sing myself,
And what I assume you shall assume,
For every atom belonging to me as good belongs to you."

I'm not even that much a fan of Whitman, but these are great!

This history of art in America is the history of defending against censorship of art against charges of obscenity. From the weaponization of the post office in the 20th century to payment processor weaponization now, these folks endeavor to use distribution bottlenecks to limit speech.

I almost have a joke about Tantalus, but the punchline is just out of reach.
I have a joke about Sisyphus, but once it gets rolling, it never really ends.
I have a joke about Theseus, but it needs a bit of work.

I will sing this song every day of my life. I sing the body electric. Let me have my file!
I don’t want the file on the cloud. I want it on my hard drive, on my computer, in my office, where I live.
