Dit is overigens de “bron” die de gemeentemedewerker gaf voor dat die natte handtekening eis a) gepubliceerd/vooraf bekend was en b) afkomstig van het CIBG. Dat is niet informatie die ik af kan leiden uit deze e-mail maar soit

Overigens kan ik nergens íets vinden over dat die natte handtekening een eis is, ook niet via het CIBG, die nergens iets publiceren over vormvereisten aan deskundigenverklaringen, alleen wie die mag afgeven. Met andere woorden: i smell bullshit

Ik zeg leken overstag te gaan, want toen alles eigenlijk al klaar was kreeg ze terugkoppeling van collega’s dat die eis van de natte handtekening niet kwam van de gemeente(n) maar van het CIBG, en daarom kon het toch wel tegengeworpen worden(?) en dus kon alles toch niet doorgezet worden.

baseren is in strijd met het legaliteitsbeginsel. Toen leken ze overstag te gaan, en begonnen ze mijn aanvraag verder te behandelen. Het eerste wat die vrouw doet is DIE DESKUNDIGENVERKLARING INSCANNEN. Maar die natte handtekening was echt belangrijk.

Ik had dus een aantal weken terug eindelijk mijn deskundigenverklaring binnen gekregen, meteen een afspraak gemaakt voor een week of 2 later. Dus ik vandaag helemaal naar Helmond gereisd, door de snelbus tussen Den Bosch en Boxtel heen, voor die afspraak. Dus ik zit daar, netjes al mijn documenten

Also I’d have to check with my EU law colleagues to be sure, but I think you can say exorbitant wait times for access to gender care can be a disruption of the freedom of movement of persons

While the numbers for the Netherlands differ (18m pop., 3 year wait time/nike model entrance) the core of the problem is the same: mandatory but arbitrary psychological testing to get access to simple care that can be done by a nurse or even a GP

Ireland has a population of 5m and we've a waiting list approaching 15 years. Why? Because their mandatory, archaic and traumatic psychiatric and psychological assessments are a deliberate bottleneck to ensure as few people as possible can access healthcare a nurse can do!

The ‘Transit’ gender clinic in Spain has a 3 WEEK waiting list! 😳😳😳

It covers a population of 8 million, (equivalent to the population of Scotland & Wales combined, or 1/7th of the population of England) It has a total of 43 staff, a majority of whom are part-time, working 6-7 hours per week!
