Did I regret this when I started my period a week later? Yes. Is it my fault because I could’ve stop at @fridaytea.com and picked it and an order up? Obvs.
Nibblings (and fam) came over for turkey day. Two youngest wanted tea, so I let them pick from the collection. Sending them home with the rest of my bag of @fridaytea.com Moon Magic.

I’ve recently decided I’d like to start a personal full moon tradition. How do you commemorate the full moon? ( @teawitch.bsky.social @krmorris.bsky.social @clarewonders.bsky.social @clackbalin.bsky.social )
Tomorrow is a full moon! What shall we brew for the occasion, tea coven? 🌕🌿

Working a show over the holidays that I’ve worked before that stays basically the same every year is great. Just built this year’s calling script from my book from last year and it took less than 45 minutes.

A very successful turkey day with almost the whole fam bam. Fit ten folks in our tiny apartment, lots of laughter and good times. Immediate praise for my turkey and Brussels sprouts from the tween/teenagers!

I cannot be the only stage manager who borrowed tables, chairs, and table cloths from the theatre last night.

Normally my poor pie decision is “start making pie at midnight”, usually the night before an early morning.
Today’s poor pie decision was putting a pie that needs 40 minutes in the oven into the oven 37 minutes before I need to leave for Pilates.

Picked up my order from @fridaytea.com today and TeaCup was working. Resisted the urge to say “I remember when you were born”, which I’m always proud of myself for. Did tell them “tell your mom Katt says hi”, to which they responded “Katt as in Theatre Katt?”, which I think is a delightful title.

I’m very glad to see this article. Even at one of my most sick times, I was had a “healthy” bmi and would’ve needed to lose an additional 10% of my body weight to be considered “unhealthy”.
The stereotype of someone with anorexia is an extremely skinny teen girl. But you can suffer from anorexia in any size body, at any age. When someone has anorexia but their body mass index (BMI) is over 18.5, it's called atypical anorexia.
You can starve in any size body. People with atypical anorexia struggle to get diagnoses, treatment

Please let us love you! 🍵🫶 Every time someone contributes to or draws from the card, our hearts get a lil glowier. What is a tea house for if not to care for one another?

[catching up on Bake Off, currently on School Week] British baked goods are wild. I think it would be funny to have an American that is there every week, like a regular human doing Olympic events 😆

I am very lucky that I get to make theatre as my job, but I am not excited about being away from home for 12 hours tomorrow for call 1.5 hrs before a 5.5 hr rehearsal and then straight to the theater for a show.

As soon as I started reading this gift combo idea in @thestranger.com, I of course thought of Friday. Very happy to see the @fridaytea.com shout out at the end!

I’m so sick and tired of our upstairs neighbors. Of all the neighbors we’ve had in the last 7.5 years of living here, they are the worst.

Seattle’s own personal Millennial Democratic Socialist has officially been elected! (With a margin bigger than one requiring a recount!)

SEATTLE: If you know someone who lives in Seattle and guess they probably voted for Katie Wilson for Mayor, your contribution to this fight is to text them this information about making sure they voted with their signature on the envelope! TEXT them NOW.
There are 1,700 ballots that need signature confirmation. That is enough to change the election.

Go. Check. Your. Ballot.

There — I fixed the analysis so it is actually accurate to what happened when 8 Senate Dems caved instead of keeping up the righteous fight to deliver lower health care costs for Americans.

Every time I see a Mom, especially with small children and especially when they are with a male partner, I am so damn thankful that will never be me.
