Now that America's Next Top Model is getting an exposé, I'm ready for one on the aftermath of The Swan. When I tell people about that show nobody believes me, but I think every single part of it was terrible and I watched it all. I want to know how it fucked everyone up involved.

I'm absolutely watching this. I remember watching it religiously for the first few seasons and then realizing how messed up it was. It perpetuated the same bullshit it tried to rally against and I was out. But this? We'll see.

1. Unlearning codependency and identifying where it came from.
2. Honestly just putting a name to it and my specific actions helped me tremendously. If I walked into the office, he told me that and said "here's some reading materials" that was enough to change my life. This was 2 years ago.
