There are some things I really do love about this time of the year-
then there are some things that are just imaginably hard. This time it might be enough motivation for my husband to actually remember next year, to take his **** holidays at Christmas & take me far far away for a little holiday.

Every evening I fall in a bit of a hole because I don’t feel like food & I don’t want to cook.
So, my routine at the moment is to do a bit of food prep during the week, roasted veggies, salads, roasts & dishes that I can eat hot or cold.
