Two years ago we found some kittens in our log pile. They'd been abandoned my mom and were very hungry.

Two weeks ago we found another batch of kittens in a storage shed (Lizard House).

They're getting adopted.

Here are 2 photos of a Log Pile kitten welcoming a Lizard House kitten home.

Sending good vibes.
Fingers crossed.

I suspect I'll have a similar conversation with La Doña.

That one actually made it to our out-of-the-way theater.
I won't let it get away.

I guess they have standards.

We should look into that, eh @emmaz.bsky.social ?

Abalone. I think abalone will be involved.
But I could be wrong.

I'm watching this on Netflix.
In the show, an old, confused man is transported by ambulance to the hospital.

At my aunt's funeral, an older man felt faint and nearly passed out. He refused an ambulance because he worried about the cost.

Only in america.

Luigi was right.

Very true. 800+ hours of sick time agrees with that assessment.

That seems to be the prevailing answer.

I saw Nigel Planer while watching the British cop drama "Marcella."

I was surprised I recognized him so easily.
The character Neil (portrayed by Nigel Planer) from the TV sitcom "The Young Ones."

Neil has long hair and is showing a "peace"sign with his left hand.

All of our "customer" meetings are on Teams or Zoom.

I've had two actual face-to-face meetings with customers since lockdown.

The only people I see in person are my teammates. And we talk daily on Teams.

Apparently, we need to justify keeping our office space. 🤦🏻‍♂️

Also, his genius is still underappreciated.

What are some of your others?

I need some new things to watch.

Tomorrow is an "office day."

I really want to make it am "I'm working from home cuz I have a cold" kinda day.

Hell, my supervisor hasn't come to work in over a month. Why should I?

We're watching "Only Murders in the Building" and this shot comes up.

Of course I asked La Doña "How many Oscars in this shot?"

She knew the answer. 🤦🏻‍♂️
Academy award winners Meryl Streep and Renee Zellweger in a scene from "Only Murders in the Building."

Calls go to a central number.
I'll drive into town tomorrow and visit the store.

I'm miffed.

After MUCH reaearch and many price comparisons, I ordered a new phone online from the Verizon website.

I specified that I wanted to pick up my new phone at the local Verizon store.

9 hours later, still no "it's ready" message.

I don't understand the delay.
