You know the whole “sometimes the simplest explanation is right” thing? He’s an unvetted idiot & he’s not ready for prime time. Everything about his past & present behavior only reinforces that. They have other options. That election is in 2026. They have another damn election within 2 weeks ffs.

Gov. Pritzker: "They literally did a military attack on a building with a Black Hawk helicopter...You don't arrest an entire building, detain everybody, zip tie children, hold elderly people in a U-Haul for house — U.S. citizens!"

“Let them go a month without meals. Maybe they will get a job”

First, many SNAP recipients have jobs. They’re just living below the poverty line because of tremendous wealth inequality.

Second, many are disabled and children and can’t work.

Third, no one should starve to death.

He bulldozed the White House during a government shutdown to build himself a ballroom, then sent a letter to the states saying that SNAP benefits for 42 million people may not go out in November to those who rely on it to eat.

Children.😭😡

The 6-year-old said he saw “snipers on the roof ready to shoot our cars.”

The 8-year-old said, “I saw soldiers and was so scared I started shaking.”

The 14-year-old said, “They put a gun to my face. Then they pointed it at my mom’s head and said they’d blow her head off.”
Lining the pockets of his grifter friends? Can we see the open bid process?
There is a lot of taxpayer money changing hands.

the New York Times is useless to the American public, but an excellent tool for a petulant man-baby who is shitting all over this country in more ways than one.

I like how they are carrying American flags, but not attacking police with them.
We did, but No Kings was on Constitution Avenue, and not on the mall. That’s a picture of Obama’s inauguration.
The truth is so strong, we don’t need fiction.

So proud of everyone! The NYPD confirmed that rallies across the city have ended with no arrests. It’s getting harder and harder for Trump to sell his propaganda.

Trump and the Republicans are denying you healthcare while they supply Kristi Noem with two luxury Gulfstream private jets for $172,000,000.

Facts.
DC was a love-fest today as we celebrated the promise of America and our commitment to stand up to those who seek to harm the most vulnerable among us.

Trump just bombed six more people in the Caribbean, for a total of 27 civilians who have been killed so far by the US military. It’s illegal for the military to target civilians who do not pose an immediate threat. This is murder.

That's twenty-seven flat-out murders. That's twenty-seven lives taken without even a semblance of a legal justification under domestic or international law.

I don't know if there's such a thing as a "world cyberwar" but I think we are in one? and the US is determined to lose it. 🧵

Today the admin is mass-firing the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), the nation's cybersecurity protection across all levels of government.
