NEW: The National Advisory Committee on Microbiological Criteria for Foods is (or was) an advisory committee housed within the USDA which provides outside expert advice to advance food safety across the US and across different levels of govt. It was ordered disbanded this afternoon.
Used to Chair this committee and can assure you that there was/is a need for it. Meetings were fact-based and transparent (public). Advice to both FDA and USDA for safely growing, handling, etc. meat, eggs, dairy, and produce. There was also industry representation to assure advice was practical.

Trump only sent the Guard into DC because of the Big Balls bullshit, even though crime was down 30%. So the only reason the Guard was there was because Trump was playing politics, and now he’s sending 500 more in to do it again. This is all on Trump.

Corporate Media is going to pretend that Trump is heartbroken about the two West Virginian National Guardsmen being shot in DC, but the entire point of moving a standing army into a peaceful city was to induce violence by The People to justify more violence by Trump on The People in retaliation.

More: All government processes and departments have been underfunded, under-resourced and working with limited expertise under Trump. The alleged DC shooter was given asylum under the Trump-Musk DOGE era, when DC was in chaos and Trump was harping on Biden leaving Afghans behind.
