A thought like this would pop into my head every time I saw the media claim Jewish students needed to be "protected from anti-semitism" when Black students were explicitly told that they had to suck it up if they saw a Confederate flag for the sake of free speech and exposure to different ideas.

This is why I don't like how our main message right now is "No Kings" or Epstein. We don't have a message beyond capitalizing on what's unpopular, and that's not sustainable.

We have to reeducate voters every cycle with this strategy instead of having a message that carries over between elections.

And if you're wondering what authority the ICC has to interfere with domestic legal matters, just remember that it was founded in part to step in when states refused to hold their leaders accountable for violating the law.

We can thank SCOTUS for explicitly saying laws don't apply to POTUS.

Democrats should immediately promise to turn this case over to the ICC and abide by whatever decision they reach.

Add Rubio, Noem, Bondi, Vought and everyone else from this admin who enjoys violating the basic human rights of anyone they feel like.

Hopefully the Hague rolls out the red carpet.
