It was a double error on ICE’s part. They had the wrong man, but even the right man turned out to still be a wrongful arrest. He spent three weeks in a Louisiana jail because these guys do not care at all about the law, just hitting their numbers.
A mistake by ICE put her husband in jail. She got him back 3 weeks later.
Cheikh Fall’s asylum case was open and on track when ICE agents arrested him at the Chicago Immigration Court in June.
