So here is this evening's serious #cooking question (and I ask those of you with access to cooking feeds of which I know nothing) to pass it around). Who knows of any *European-style* puff pastry recipes that incorporate potato? —I do NOT mean Euro-style puff pastry wrapped *around* potato. (1/2)

Build a new state of the art production centre on the site of ETD Wood Norton (or under if stories about Bredon Wing were true).
Bring all production back in house using permanent staff.

Are magpies made from springs? The ones coming in and out of our garden at the moment flare their landings about 15 cm up, and come down with a triple bounce onto the grass

The second Lancaster at Duxford - this is the actual flying one, in a different hanger, one not owned by the IWM. She's here for full maintenance for the next 18(?) months. They'll strip her down and rebuild her ready for the next decade. So don't expect her to be on the BBMF for a while
