Also, the stuff article about this says “New Zealands statutory leave allowances remain generous by international standards” when in reality, we are 68th in the world for paid leave days (public holidays + paid annual leave). Is middle of the pack generous?

Because I work from home I can fit in the hours whenever I want and I have no commute. This means that I don't have to take annual leave for things like appointments or looking after sick kids. Also my employer paid for my laptop and nothing else in terms of space or equipment. PRODUCTIVITY, Luxo
