Ronald Reagan, the king of offshoring used tariffs but only after he killed U.S. manufacturing. Trump thinks tariffs make him look tough but he gives $40B to Argentina & has done nothing for manufacturing. He killed a South Korean battery plant in Georgia & Foxconn was a scam in his first term.
