I understand that the NWSL is trying to defend their best player, but this framing creates and reveals the reality that Black women have to be literally the most ELITE OF THE ELITE to "earn" minimal protection, while mediocre/terrible white women enjoy the protection of systemic silence

The lack of cross-contamination training drives me insane. Even fast food joints will change their gloves and pull from fresh ingredient trays. A hibachi should seriously not be rationing their clean plates.
