In the last image, the boy sheepishly approaches his girlfriend and asks if she wants to continue playing their previous game. She is sitting in her gaming chair, belly and breasts heavily swollen, with an angry expression on her face. She tells him to hurry up and log on so she can 'have this damn baby already'. Her in-game character is also hugely swollen.
