- please use invoices
- do not explicitly charge your clients a paypal fee (against tos). just include it in your base price.
- DO NOT leave money in your paypal. It is NOT a bank and should not be used to hold money longterm. Withdraw it as soon as you can.

i'm just seeing a lot of artists getting freaked out over this and i feel like information getting passed around is missing some important details

you ARE allowed to sell comms "casually" with a personal account if you follow their tos.

skeptical about that paypal and comms talk going around

not defending paypal bc they've got legit issues, but i don't think "commissions" is a flagged word unless you're trying to do F&F (friends and family)

which has always been against tos as its intentionally avoiding platform fees

There's a new setting in Settings: Privacy & Security.

Scroll aaaaaaaalll the way to the bottom and you'll see "Text and Image Generation."

TURN IT OFF.
