i second this, with firsthand experience. in the 3 months since i started hrt my condition has improved significantly. i'm animated, vibrant, passionate... alive. picked up guitar again, got a ton of new ideas, got an awesome gf, been learning lots.

if you're questioning... just start hrt.

you do not have to be cold & alienated. you can instead be vibrant & alive, if you want.

you need to heal though & change many old behaviors that let you survive as a husk. those maladjusted coping mechanisms are not workable.

i don't click on new york post articles but i can't honestly say it's because of any principled stand. it's because it has so many ads that if you let it all load the page weight is around 2 gigs. you could load one article claiming that sidewalks are bad or you could run about 500 copies of doom

31, Body Horror?: The Thing (1982)

A classic for a reason, and a fantastic way to round out my mostly successful 31 for 31. A good number of the effects in this movie hold up super well, which is a testament to the true power of well-made practical effects. CG could never, and I mean it.
