Call me a narc but I'd support a way for citizens to report micro mobility scooters and e-bikes that are blocking the sidewalk or other right of way and have the last rider suffer some real consequences:
Strike 1: suspension for a day
Strike 2: suspension for a week
Strike 3: permaban

Jule's life-story is being told seasonally: Spring, Summer, Winter, Fall, using garden imagery. Starting in childhood allows the boy to discover his grandfather's Priapian religion, the magic of the garden, and his own physical aberration. Besides, I like narrating in present tense.
