Argentina has universal healthcare. This means the us taxpayer (including you) is paying for the healthcare of Argentinians while we prop up their economy due to a failed politician.

“…access to dollar liquidity…” means Argentina gets to use US taxpayer funds to prop up their supremely weak currency with no guarantee they will pay the US back.
