Argentina has universal healthcare. This means the us taxpayer (including you) is paying for the healthcare of Argentinians while we prop up their economy due to a failed politician.
Yet you rail against paying for Obamacare that helps other Americans.
“…access to dollar liquidity…” means Argentina gets to use US taxpayer funds to prop up their supremely weak currency with no guarantee they will pay the US back.

It’s a bailout. Their economy is failing and US taxpayers are going to help them out. Trump’s using our money to help out a failed politician. That’s just what’s happening.
