Sales have been bad since the tariffs started. On top of that I've had to cancel orders because people got angry at me for not being able to ship out their orders fast enough. People don't care I've had to deal with the tariffs and Canada Post strike mess. It's been tough.

I don't know what to do anymore to make people care about me locally. I treat others how I'd like to be treated. It feels like my existence itself is devalued. It doesn't matter who I become friends with in my city. If their ableism isn't the issue, it's usually racism. I'm tired.

I helped a "friend" during their surgery a few years ago. Took them to their surgery, waited 4+ hours, paid for their meds and everything. Even gave them a care package with some additional pain relief.

I asked them for help for my surgery and they refused to help me at all.

I'm assuming that my surgery is confirmed for next week. But I'll call them tomorrow to be sure. I've been working on store orders and organizing and doing some prep for things I'll need for my surgery. And checking my medical care kit. And making sure I have enough ice packs.

I have dipped into my savings heavily & spent thousands to ship my products to a US Fulfillment Centre. So customers can avoid paying additional tariffs. I have sent countless emails. Posted about it on social media. I am doing my best and I'm reminding myself this is temporary.

I got this email, I'm tired of people being so rude to me and not reading what I've said.

First off, the US fulfillment centre is mostly for US customers and some international customers. I will still ship things from Canada!!

The item they want is just sold out currently.

I live in Canada, I have been saving bits of my disability for months to be able to get a few pairs of socks that will make the pain from blood pooling more bearable. I am so incredibly sad to see that the black socks will not ship to Canada despite being a Canadian company. I was wondering if there was any way to still get them in Canada?

I do have a question I get lowering the cost for you by switching to the USA, but how is it worth it with being a queer, black, and disabled owned company willingly putting money into hands of an economy run by people who want people like us dead? I would really appreciate more background on this before I decide to purchase anything.

When I was homeless in 2019, the Salvation Army shelter refused to give me a bed (even though they were available), because I was on immunosuppressant meds and they didn’t want to be responsible or liable if I got more sick or died on premises. They’d rather I die on the street.

Another thing regarding mutual aid & who your community is, is a lot of disabled people in particular are very isolated. They're in deep poverty & complete abandonment. Literally. So they hop online to have community. Sometimes it's the only community they have & the only way they can get help.

One is absolutely that people need to know about it and normalize talking about it.
It's not dirty, it's something that happens to billions of humans since humans.
We also need better care.

One reason why I'm talking so much about this menopause nightmare is because gyn care is at such an abysmal level and has not improved the way other medical fields have.
Also, we weren't even taught about things like pregnancy well enough in school, much less menopause.
There's still a stigma.

I've had chronic fatigue since I was a preteen, this extra extreme fatigue is really kicking my butt.
