It is extremely funny to see the credentials for their "fan council" be "less followers than I had at Twitter" and "writes for one of the zombie SI sites". We truly live in the stupidest timeline of things.
The next 25-30 years of baseball basically come do to the CBA negotiations and the 2028 TV deals and I have 0 reason to believe Rob Manfred isn’t going to completely fuck everything up.

The NFL salary cap is weird and easy to manipulate so there is still a clear gap in money.
But you can brain wash a bunch of baseball fans that don’t know the NFL very well into an argument with a few buzz words.

Think about how bizarre of a season Luzardo had and how he earned more trust in that season than Ranger ever did as a starter during this run.
That’s the difference between how a 1/2 is treated with this regime compared to a 3/4
