Maybe this new blog can respond, in one of its first posts, to the argument that the term “interim docket” is a deliberately misleading attempt to minimize the (very permanent) doctrinal and real-world consequences of #SCOTUS’s rulings on emergency applications?

Jury deliberations in the sandwich thrower case. Jury members appear to have taken their duty very seriously. It all came down to "if the sandwich doesn't split you must acquit". The fact that the sandwich did not fall apart was a crucial aspect of the evidence.

Federal law enforcement managed to confiscate almost two tons of cocaine, and arrest 3 suspects, without blowing the boat out of the water or killing anyone.

Republicans use the "I'm not familiar with that" dodge several times a day now, and if a reporters or anchor isn't ready and willing to shut them down as soon as they try it, that means they're either incompetent at their job or a willing accomplice to the lies.

Either way, never trust them again.
If they pretend they haven’t heard about the story of the day, end the interview right there.

The entire debate over birthright citizenship is anti-constitutional because the purpose, intent, and text of the 14th Amendment were designed to foreclose any argument about who counts as an American citizen.
