The only downside to .art domains is that keep increasing in price each year by quite a bit :( I had one that was $25, and before I knew it $70/yr

.ca domains I've only notice go up a couple of dollars over a decade. (I assume .com remains cheap too)

Also consider running on the side of the path, grass, dirt paths. Trail running is nicer on my body than pavement.

I really hope it goes better for you this time! It sucks so much when you want to do something but your body goes "haha.. no"

The thing that helped my runs the most, and it is kind of annoying, is warming up way more than you want to. Like you want to get out there, but even after doing a bunch of dynamic things inside... I'd brisk walk for 10 minutes before I even started my run.

You'll have to show us all your soup!! I've done it a few times using a Jaime Oliver recipe (Roast Tomato and Bread Soup). It was super easy, the oven did most of the work, also hand blender.
