While I'm mad at recent Apple decisions... why isn't this just an addition to Spotlight search? They want to buff Spotlight up for power users now (the Tahoe improvements are good!) which makes this more baffling. The only time I'll use this is to turn on my TV, given that no other commands work.

iPhone 17 Pro Max: Fond of everything but using this device. I haven't had a phone get *this* hot on me since my Galaxy S7 Edge back in 2016. This is my second day of using it and battery life continues to be miserable & the screen so hot after basic usage that I can't put it in my pants pocket.

I really can't recommend AbeBooks enough. Really great place for buying books, consistently finding better deals than eBay over there.

The only two musicals I’ve ever really liked are Sweeney Todd and Jesus Christ Superstar. (And I adore both of those) Debating giving Moulin Rouge a go.

I really want a site that feels like Rock Paper Shotgun did in 2012. Gleeful little indie highlights and delightful blogs with a dead simple chronological article display. It was the best of times.

Demonschool is excellent and you should be playing it. I’m not without my complaints, but they’re all pacing related and I’m just through the first boss fight. We’ll see if any of them hold water by the time I’m done with it. A very very good time thus far.

Watching the movie Hook since it’s on TV. I have a lot of great memories of this as a kid, though as an adult I’m so laser focused on how a whole subset of 90s adventure flicks had this like… amusement park ride set design? Hard to put into words otherwise.
