I know this is the uk but it has literally rained every single day for the past 2 months with no end in sight. The past 3 days has been actually constant with no breaks too. It’s really kind of depressing 😐 anyone remember what the sun looks like? Or the sky, even?

Had to use Copilot today for a thing (not my choice). It went like this:
Me: I'm having a problem with [something to do with Windows]
Copilot: I'm sorry, I can't chat about this.
Me: Error 123, how do I fix?

I tied my shoelaces together once (as in: tied each shoe to the other) and tucked my arms into my top because I thought it would be fun to jump around everywhere.

What’s the stupidest thing you’ve ever done? I don’t mean “cheating on your partner” stupid, I mean stupid stupid. Like, once, I had this bubble bath which smelled absolutely delicious, so I took a big glug of it. That kind of stupid. (It did not taste delicious.)

PSA: never, ever get any building work done. Ever. No matter how minor it is, you *will* miss some tiny piece of paperwork and be threatened with all sorts because of it.

After 18 months of not having a working shower in my house, I finally have a working shower in my house.

Really not a fan of having major work in my house done. Necessary, sure, but there is so much that is Not Right in while entire rooms are cleared for renovation and I do not like it ☹️

As always at this time of year, there’s some Americans/Australians/other people from generally hotter climates finding it amusing that anything above 25°C/77°F is considered very hot in the UK.

I worked at a shop local to Kerry Katona (UK pop singer and socialite in the 2000s). Walked out onto the shop floor to get to my position, saw her at the til. Didn't realise the place had actually closed for her to do her shopping in private. She didn't notice but the managers weren't pleased.
