BC's climate plan reviewers issued their report card yesterday.

Their verdict: Focus less on targets and more on getting stuff done.

Also, LNG could blow everything out of the water.

B.C.’s road map to lower carbon emissions and reduce global warming is working, but it needs adjusting to account for economic shifts, the affordability crisis and regional differences, says the team reviewing the CleanBC plan.

The Freep probably wants to be more accurate ... CIJA is an Israeli organization, not a Jewish organization. Conflating the two, making it look like Jews in general want to stop the CMHR from talking about forced displacement of Palestinians, could feed anti-Semitism.

BC is about to release its review of CleanBC, its plan for reducing carbon emissions.

It already acknowledged that it will not meet 2025 or 2030 climate goals.

My report from when BC announced the review, a condition of its agreement with @bcgreens.bsky.social, in July.
