Legends Z-A's fashion is trendy and really good, but I realized as I tracked down all the clothing stores that, despite all the variety, it's basically just for one kind of person

Pokémon Legends: Z-A's fashion is excellent, but way too homogenized
Game Freak used fashion sense! It's almost effective!

Last week during Brasil Game Show, I had the chance to talk to Naoki Hamaguchi about the FF7 remake project and why it's important to bring it to other platforms like Switch 2.
Talking to him was a pleasure and I'm excited to share this story.

Last week, I got to speak with Naoki Hamaguchi, director of the Final Fantasy 7 Remake series, about his favorite games, player feedback, and best FF villain.

The interview with this @square-enix-games.com veteran is live on @screenrant.bsky.social, check it out:

Another interview from me this week. I had a chance to send over some question to Feral Interactive about Hitman: Absolution's mobile release. The team is also working on bringing it to Switch later this year and Switch 2 next year.

I should have started playing BallxPit earlier because now I can't stop
The school part in Silent Hill F is my favorite so far. Although I was afraid of the possible creatures that could jump at me I was too curious about the place and the students to stop exploring it. The way the corridors "change" as you progress is also so good

Super Mario Bros. celebrates 40 years (in North America) in a few days, so I took a little trip down memory lane to talk up VS. Super Mario Bros., the Super Mario All-Stars edition, Deluxe, and 35, and how they are all, regardless of changes, Super Mario Bros. in every way.
The original Super Mario Bros (which turns 40 this week) is a bit of an anomaly: it got several remakes over the years that retained what makes it great. @marcnormandin.bsky.social on how every version of Super Mario Bros has its place.
Whether 8-Bit, 16-Bit, or Battle Royale, It's Always Super Mario Bros.

I was super excited about this one but the dance sequences made me instantly drop it. I will check the manga though!

I found this cool photo of Dragon Quest 1's development team, taken back in Autumn 1985. I don't recognize everyone in the picture but you can see Yuji Horii and Akira Toriyama standing next to each other in the center. And the second person on the right is the game's director, Koichi Nakamura.
My first Brasil Game Show was great. I had the chance to meet amazing people and even got the opportunity to talk to Naoki Hamaguchi. I do think I need to start working out before another event like this one…

I'll probably do an updated version of this article now that the game is officially released outside of Japan, but if you're curious what Ys vs. Trails in the Sky: Alternative Saga even is, I've got you covered as of a couple of years ago.
It's new to me: Ys vs. Trails in the Sky: Alternative Saga
Ys vs. Sora no Kiseki, really, because this fighting game crossover between two Falcom JRPG franchises hasn't been officially released outside of Japan.

I spent the last week combing through reports and speaking with analysts about where EA's studios and most well-known franchises will likely fit under its new owners - and how that massive debt will potentially influence the way EA handles them

While there are many shows in the next anime season to start yet, I'm watching a few from the previous one that I couldn't add to my weekly anime sessions. Clevatess has one of the best worldbuilding among them and some cool characters.
