I need Democratic online types to understand that because of this, Newsom is dead to me. Dead. I'd sooner vote for an actual corpse. There is no hope, none, that he'll win me over, *because he has established he is a bad person*. There's no coming back from this. Take my advice and move the fuck on.
1. This morning, California Governor said he was in "complete alignment" with anti-LGBTQ+ hate-influencer Charlie Kirk of TPUSA on transgender sports.
He also conceded on trans inmates and gender affirming care for youth.
It's so much worse than being reported.

To put this in scale, Elon Musk's salary from Tesla alone could fund the SNAP program for the entire country into 2034.
Tesla CEO Elon Musk scored a resounding victory on Thursday as shareholders approved a pay package of as much as $878 billion over the next decade, endorsing his vision of morphing the EV maker into an AI and robotics juggernaut.

If you make $100,000 a year (not bad), it will take you 10 MILLION years to earn a trillion dollars.
If you make a million dollars a year (wow!), it'll still take you a million years to earn a trillion dollars.
Tax the rich.

Recently tore down my wife's Cricut Maker machine to replace the rubber rollers. A HUGE pain in the ass. That these rollers fail so easily & so quickly, & Cricut openly doesn't give a shit, provide parts--nothing. I'm not usually a "sue their asses" type, but this needs a class-action filing, badly.

I'm just now getting around to watching S01 of #PrimeTarget, and I guess I'm starting to lose interest. For something as critical as they make it out to be, I find it impossible the NSA would not throw all their $ at it. It would obviate the 3rd-party funding arm & blow up the entire storyline. Oof.

Looks like the Tab Modifier extension is flagging as malware today all of a sudden, despite no apparent code changes in 7 mos.
Knowing Google these days, having solidly departed from their "do no evil" stance, they just wanna own another feature or take yet another bit of end-user control away. :\

Incredible.

We have health insurance through wife's employer.
It's renewal time. Her company is going with a new provider.
The premium increase? Roughly 100%. We'll be paying double next year.
But wait--that's for the MIDDLE TIER plan only. :/
And the irony: HER EMPLOYER IS A MASSIVE REGIONAL HEALTHCARE ORG
