I think I'm hitting a depressive episode because I can literally FEEL my brain shutting itself down. Also I've felt very anxious lately, which hasn't happened in a while (this frequently).

Also, fun fact, in finnish "emä" is word for many animal mothers. (Emä can also be attached to a word to highlight it's magnitude. For example "emävale" means "outrageous lie" or more literally "mother of lies").

I mean, I'm afraid of heights, but... it seems interesting. Last time when we visited Spain we went to Gibraltar and it was really nice! I actually changed one of the pics I took there as my phone wallpaper earlier this month to keep my spirits up, lol.

I've had loved ones tell me I should get off of depression meds multiple times.

Sometimes the reasoning is that I'm "doing better and don't clearly need them anymore" and sometimes that "the meds are not working because I'm still depressed."

b) personally affected by the benefits of the medication
c) a doctor responsible for said patients care

to shut the fuck about medication someone needs or is taking. #depression #adhd
