Update found the solution for the Skyrim switch 2 upgrade you basically have to completely delete the game make sure the anniversary dlc is not installed and then it will give you the free upgrade even though you need the anniversary dlc to get the free upgrade typical Bethesda bug...

I still think a lot about the fact that Gamergate did essentially win. Not that it made the culture significantly more misogynistic or anything, but it succeeded in making a lot of the people who played games eventually casually much more anti-intellectual and incurious.
