The terrain of the peaks allows the snow to settle into nearly horizontal striations on the north sides of the peaks, as well as into a valley leading down from the peaks. The valley below the peaks is lush with conifer trees on the left and Aspen trees on the right. Most of the Aspens are gold with Autumn color. At the bottom of the valley between the two sides is a small pond, which provides a reflection of the Aspens. The clouds in the sky and the entire scene is imbued with pink and golden tones due to sunset.

Female Western Bluebird (doesn't have the intense blue head and back of the male) taking off for a short hop in a bathing puddle. Her head and upper back are blueish gray, her wings and tail are a vibrant blue, below her throat is a wash of brick red color and the lower half of her belly is a pale grayish white. The surface of the puddle is golden and there's blurry green grass beyond that.

Evening #fungifriends

A pleasant morning and a dog turd evening but here are some very nice mushrooms

A Fly Agaric I believe. A deep reddy orange coloured shroom with white spots, nestled in some grass

Unsure what it is but it’s PRETTY. A decent sized, pale creamy coloured shroom with its cup turned up showing its glorious gills

Some cool black coloured fungi sitting in the moss

I don’t think I’ve seen these before. Two shrooms that look kind of rough to the touch but it’s an illusion I think. The speckles are dewdrops
