Yep. It's very easy to throttle specific IP addresses or range of addresses. The moment I used the VPN (after you mentioned it), it worked fine.

I bet they get their downstream from Starlink who appears to be blocking the bsky app. My other provider is local (Gallatin Valley) and is fine.

I have two internet providers because I live in the middle of nowhere. One is just fine w/ bsky, the other is doing what yours is since just of a few days ago. It is odd. Any chance you're using Starlink?

It has been raining from well before I woke up and for the last 18+ hours so far, except for a five minute break late this morning. This was that break.

This rainbow was gone in fewer than five minutes as the clouds smothered it.

It sure does! And I was just like "Oh, that's pretty!". I *think* the color is off according to the textbook definition which means the sun wasn't in the perfect position or something!
