If you want to WRITE comics, you genuinely just have to:

- write a script
- email/message someone who is open for work
- share your logline, timeline, and budget
- negotiate as necessary
- pay them and ask to see the work at every stage of production so you can learn learn the comics process

i promise you that every person who makes comics started out by "just making a comic." it was probably kinda bad and yours will be too. but the reason it's the advice everybody gives is that it's the only advice we really CAN give, /until you've made a comic/
