I slept awfully last night. Considering I have Chronic Fatigue you'd think I'd be a professional sleeper by now, but shit quality sleep seems to be a contributing symptom.

Yodel delivery are so useless, they say they've delivered a parcel we don't have, their app that is supposed to show a picture of the delivery cant find the tracking number, their phone help only says use live chat, and their live chat page is 404. Wtf Yodel.

When I'm writing and i need synonyms, I ask Google, but now the AI is always the first thing to reply. Do I have to say I used AI if I use its suggestions, and if so how do I turn it off? There are enough thesauruses on Google if I shouldn't use it, it's annoying its on by default.

The more I learn about autism, the more I think "isn't that what everyone does?". Thats probably a sign of something isn't it? Only 4 years on an nhs waiting list 'till I can find out!
