I at least hope he's using the NHS of which he presided over the harshest real terms cuts in history. He refused to raise their budget at all, not even to match inflation.

We need some kind of reporting rules about accuracy, balance, and being misleading in the press. The telegraph headline "lockdowns could have been avoided entirely" is misleading for instance because it ignores the qualification "if Boris Johnson wasn't a massive bell end".
