I vaguely remember "phonics" being looked down on at some point in my early teens. Did not realise this was the alternative.

Jumped into WoE Legion Remix partly for a project partly for fun. Convince myself to level a caster in this fast-paced experience. Find out tanks are so OP they're working dungeons...

When I say I've moved a lot (too much...). 11 years go this week I moved into a flat in Alexandria NSW. Last week I moved into a house we bought in Perth. Lived at 5 different addresses in the USA between those two points.

So there might be some over-invested PC gamers complaining on Reddit about it but, will they cancel a subscription over it? Even if they do, what's the pickup from having this game on console? Imagine Switch-owning kids with modern (fast, casual-friendly) WoW.

It feels VERY much like the end of high school. Fond memories, can't go back, probably wouldn't if it were possible.

I'm just at a weird limbo crossroads (again) with moving, so it would have been a nice security blanket while I rebuild in person connections.

I wouldn't think latency is a major consideration anymore (regarding GCD), because I mean, Diablo is fast as hell.

I would have hated this idea a couple of years ago but Diablo 3 was a revelation. Felt like an old beat-em up with fantasy RPG graphics you know? Great couch times.

Just had a wild thought: in light of the proposed changes to streamline/simplify class skills and removal of mod support... Is WoW headed for consoles?

At the very least, it could be playable with a regular controller, based in Diablo's success.

Up to now I have never actually had it! Tested the very few times I had a questionable cold... Worked remotely for a long time etc. So maybe I'm the last undamaged brain and it's everyone else wearing their underwear on the outside now.
