I firmly believe Kristi Noem initially expanded ICE/recruited her force through the member roles of extremists organizations like Proud Boys, 3%ers, and the former Identity Evropa & League of the South. Many of these members were financially struggling during Biden years, if not jailed for involvement in J6. They would be the first recruits. This new ICE charter is a dream job for them. This new employment would also explain why the groups no longer gather for public demonstrations (weird how that disappeared, no?)
I believe blue state AGs have access to the names of ICE officers in their states. It's time for journalists who were on the alt-right/neo-nazi extremism beat to work their sources and cross reference those names.
