(i do think the kickstarter is the one that is probably forever outstanding; kickstarter has no guarantee you'll get your goods I'm pretty sure so it's not illegal)

it was extremely messy and basically involved her completely cutting ties with everyone in english fandom only for people to find her publishing in japan (iirc she was even in japan, might have been a study abroad situation).

lmfao. well. i was in one of the fandoms she dipped on to hide in japan with our money until her sister bullied her into sending out the goods to some of us at least. i don't know if she ever got to every order she was owed because it also included a web comic kickstarter.
