And if I say, this is the whole point of the fate of Ophelia? Ophelia had no agency her entire life was controlled by men and by society. Scholars will argue that her taking her own life was her reclaiming her agency. It was the only decision she was able to make for herself.

I can barely handle a heated confrontation with an acquaintance & here she is throwing her life to the wolves in order to save herself—all else be damned.

It’s brave as hell. We can comment on the harm done along the way but what she is doing is the most radical act of self-love I’ve ever seen.

I agree that this is the timeline. She was very specific & direct with it for a reason and said that's when she can become an 'analyst' - meaning the story will be told at that point.

I'm ready to see her burn it all down, but I think the 16 months comment on the podcast is her timeline. This year is her honoring her career in her own words & power, ending the Era.
